15 years

Saturday, yes Valentine's Day was Mine and Mike's 15th wedding anniversary. Mike and I went on a romantic dinner for two to Tender Green's, our favorite Chinese restaurant. Where we ate until we were miserable. Then we went to our friend Brian's, where we played Up-words (Mike won) and watched Youtube music videos on Brian's ginormous plasma screen TV until 11:30pm and then went home to an almost empty home. I very much enjoyed our time together and look forward to the year(s) ahead. I give much thanks for my Hubby and family. I feel very blessed and rich to have them in my life everyday.

Max's first band concert ever!!!

Tonight Max along with several other Burton fifth grade students played their little hearts out, after a long over do wait. I say that, because unfortunately the concert that was to take place before the Christmas holiday, was canceled on the count of snow. So needless to say, I and probably everyone else, were very excited to finally hear our kids play. Max sounded great, they all did. My only issue was the several hacking children that all seemed to be sitting behind me and not covering their mouths. Other then that, it was lovely. I love going to the kids concerts.
